Add an heightmap to another one, but guaranty that the stack stays under 1, so no clamping.

How the node works:
- Add the 2 heightmaps.
- If the highest point stays under 1, nothing more is done, the output is the addition of 2 heightmaps. You can tweak the overall height if you want, though.
- The addition exceeds the limit, the heightmaps are automatically "compressed" to fit the limit. The compression is proportional (first*x and second*x).

You can tweak the result, by changing the general height.

Important update 25/09/2016: Now you can use this node is highest resolution without crashing/freezing, due to a huge improvement of some dependencies. And much faster, like 200x faster with 2K heightmaps.
