This node takes a height map as an input, and turns it into a normal and an ambient occlusion map, as well as passing the height map through. This way, you only have one input slot to keep updated, instead of three.

There's an Input Greyscale node connecting to the three outputs. Normal and Ambient Occlusion through the appropriate nodes, while height is just "handed through" without processing. All you need to do then is set the appropriate usages and expose the parameters. The Allegorithmic Youtube channel has further information on how to do this.
