Great mesh to practice your painter / designer skills. The object (a completely modeled Alley / courtyard) made up of of 7 materials each having an ID-map enabling you to apply almost 40 different materials. Windows and light bulbs are grouped in a separate material enabling the use of transparency. The zip contains a 'blowout' version of the mesh to ease painting and a 'final' version of the mesh. I took great care in UV- and Light Mapping the mesh ensuring an even pixel density across the mesh. In UE4 I use the lightmap that comes with the mesh and set the minimum lightmap resolution to 2048.
