hi, when i try to import the smart material, substance say that can't be imported as smart material

Hi,
I can import this smart material in my shelf. The error message is "invalid preset ressource" and that it "cannot be imported as a smart material". Does someone has the same problem ? I use the 2019.3 Substance version
